For the historic centers, areas not reachable by ordinary urban fabric, timing may require 1-3 additional days depending on the destination areas.

To ensure quality and service efficiency, we ask the Customer to carefully enter the complete shipping address, along with any notes to make delivery easier (e.g. preferred times).

Shipping times are ranging from 2 to 5 working days.

The costs may vary depending on the individual specific case.

They are automatically displayed, during the purchase phase at depending on the destination country.

Shipping times are usually 4 - 6 business days, excluding any time required for customs clearance of the goods.

NOTE: the delivery date may be postponed due to bad weather, natural disasters, strikes or other events that may cause interruption or extension of delivery times for shipping services.

The orders shipped abroad may experience delays due to customs inspections.

Therefore, it is understood that Gori Gioielli  is excluded from any liability for possible delays or non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure and for delays attributable to the carrier of the goods.

ORDER DELIVERY

Upon the arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the box with the "GG ROMA" print or some parts of the packaging appear tampered with, customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse delivery.

In case the delivery was accepted with an unrecognized signature or there are signs of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact GORI GIOIELLI at info@gorigioielli.com.

If there is a reception or concierge desk, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the staff present. If the package and/or the items inside are found damaged, or if an item listed on the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

DAMAGES, SHORTAGES, DELIVERY TO THE WRONG ADDRESS

Any complaint concerning damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be submitted to GORI GIOIELLI within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website; otherwise, it will not be accepted.

All customers placing an order establish a commercial relationship with GORI GIOIELLI and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package.

If the package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS, FAILURE TO COLLECT: ii case of package is not collected and is returned to the sender, any storage and return fees will be charged to the buyer. A new shipment can only be made upon request and will be entirely at the buyer’s expense, with the same shipping costs calculated during the original purchase. We recommend closely tracking the shipment using the tracking code and ensuring that someone is always present at the indicated address for pickup. In case of doubts or problems, please contact us promptly. After 30 days from the return of the package without any request from the customer, the goods will be considered available for sale again and the possibility of reshipping them will no longer be guaranteed.
