Gori Gioielli is by your side during the return phase of a product

Gori Gioielli allows the return or the exchange of products purchased online and/or in store, non-compliant and in accordance with the legislative provisions that regulate online sales

We are thrilled that you chose our jewelry and hope that your purchase has fully satisfied you. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you wish to return a product, we are here to help you with a simple and clear return process. Below you will find all the details regarding our return policy.

It is possible to return a product purchased at Gori Gioielli both online and in store. Excluded are products made to measure, personalized through engraving or custom ordered from the supplier. For rings, if the customer orders an available size and requests a modification (custom sizing), the return of the modified product is not accepted.

1. General Terms

You can return your purchases within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. During this period, you will be entitled to a full refund or, if you prefer, an exchange of the item.

You can return your purchase provided that the following requirements are met:

• The product must be like new, without signs of wear or use.

• You must have the original packaging and warranty certificate (if provided by the manufacturer).

• The product must not be personalized, engraved or resized.

• Wedding bands cannot be returned, but resizing can be requested.

If your purchase meets these conditions, you can request a return via e-mail, WhatsApp or phone contact.

2. Return Procedure

To return a product, follow these simple steps:

1. Contact our Customer Service: Before returning the product, contact our team by email or  phone. We will ask you to provide some information about your order and the reason for the return.

2. Package Preparation: Place the purchased product, warranty certificate, and all original accessories in the package.

3. Return Packaging: Resend the product using the original packaging, ensuring that the jewelry is properly protected during transport and that the package is sturdy and suitable for shipping. Carefully seal the package with adhesive tape, removing any previous shipping labels.

4. Sending the Return: Once ready, send the package.

NOTES: Gori Gioielli is not responsible for packages stolen, lost, or damaged due to inadequate packaging.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Self-shipping: You can send the package to: Gori Gioielli – Via Tuscolana 976 00174 Rome

Courier pickup: We can arrange the pickup at a cost of €7, which will be deducted from the refund or requested before the replacement shipment.

The shipment is free if the return is due to:

Wrong or defective product

Damaged product or with manufacturing defects

Product received in a different size than ordered.

NOTES: It is recommended to keep the shipping receipt and track the return until we receive it.

4. Refund or Replacement

Once the return has been received and inspected by our team, we will proceed with the refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

• Refund: the refund is made within 14 days of receiving the returned item, net of pickup costs (€7.00 if applicable) and initial delivery (€5.00).

Practical example: For an order of €100 paid cash on delivery and returned with home pickup, the refund will be: €100 - €5 (initial delivery) - €7 (pickup) - €5 (cash on delivery) = €83

Refund methods:

• PayPal: directly to your PayPal account.

• Credit card: on the payment method used.

• Bank transfer: by providing your IBAN.

• Heylight Compass/ Klarna /Scalapay: direct refund through the platform and suspension of remaining installments.

• Cash on delivery: refund via bank transfer, providing the IBAN to customer service.

• Replacement: If you prefer a replacement, we will send you an equivalent product as soon as the return has been completed and approved. Shipping costs for the replacement will be borne by us, unless otherwise indicated.

5. Manufacturing Defects

If the product received is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately. In this case, we will replace the same product at no additional cost.

6. Exceptions and Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that do not meet the above conditions or that have not been returned within 14 days. In case of non-compliant returns, the product will be sent back to you at your expense.
