Orders and returns
All products sold online and in-store at Gori Gioielli are original. Each item is shipped in its original box with a certificate of authenticity, where applicable. The warranty certificate becomes void in case of: improper use, wear, material damage including accidental, tampering. The warranty is valid for two years on all items purchased at Gori Gioielli online and in-store. In case of a defect covered by the warranty, the repair is free of charge and varies depending on the brand, with timings from 30 to 60 working days.
If the customer prefers to pick up their online purchase at one of our two locations, they can specify this during the purchase by indicating the location of interest. We remind you that Gori Gioielli is present at VIA TUSCOLANA and at VIA NEMORENSE .
It is possible to return a product purchased at Gori Gioielli both online and in store. Products made to measure, personalized by engraving are excluded. For rings, if the customer orders an available size and requests a modification (custom sizing), the return of the modified product will not be accepted. For all methods, please refer to the RETURNS page , or contact us for further information.
It is possible to receive a voucher instead of a return for any product purchased at Gori Gioielli both online and in store. The voucher is valid for 6 months, starting from the date indicated on its receipt. It is possible to exchange it for any other item. The voucher has a nominal value and cannot be transferred.
Gori Gioielli reserves the right to cancel the order if the product price on the website is incorrect or not updated at the time of sale. Product prices may indeed undergo changes related to market fluctuations, raw material costs, or production and supply rates. Since it is not possible to predict these changes in advance, they may be applied without notice.
Payments
Following the purchase, an order confirmation note is sent to the e-mail address entered during registration or in the buyer's data field. If you wish to receive an invoice, you can select the option “REQUEST INVOICE” before completing the order.
It is possible to pay for your purchase in installments, through different methods. To use this payment method, write to us in CHAT or via WHATSAPP, to define the procedure together with our staff.
If the payment method is by bank transfer, the order will be processed upon crediting the amount to Gori Gioielli's bank account. In case of instant transfer, the order will be processed immediately excluding holidays. Payment must be made within 48 hours from receiving the online order. For specific needs, contact the number WHATSAPP.
Shipping
The couriers used by Gori Gioielli are: DHL, UPS, GLS. Upon request also POSTE ITALIANE and most national couriers.
All shipments, regardless of the value of the purchased product, are covered by insurance for theft and loss. Gori Gioielli protects the value of your package during transport and in case of loss or damage, you can receive compensation. If the package arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide photographs of the damage. We will assist you in the compensation claim process. The product physically available at our Boutiques, is shipped within 3 working days from the receipt of the order. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
For some products, the physical availability at our Boutiques may vary. Working in synergy with partners who support our commitment to ensure an efficient shopping experience, we will arrange for the order to be shipped within a maximum of 7 working days.
NOTE: For jewelry from the Nanis Collection, the waiting time in case of physical unavailability at our Boutiques is 4 working weeks. The Gori Gioielli staff is at your disposal for any further information.
Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Orders received from Friday to Sunday are sent out the following Monday.
It is not possible to know the delivery time in advance. Delivery takes place during working hours. Remember to provide a phone number so that you can be contacted by the courier if necessary.
Promotions - Offers
Gori Gioielli offers online products with promotions and deals including seasonal discounts, special event offers (e.g. Valentine's Day, Christmas…), promotions on new arrivals, and discounts for purchasing multiple items. We care about the affection of our customers and newcomers and want to thank you with a small incentive on your purchases through promos specially designed for you.
Gori Gioielli always aims to guarantee a conscious and quality purchase. Promotions and offers follow the dedicated periods throughout the year, and the choice to promote certain products through ad hoc discounts cannot be binding.
We believe in the value of every purchase, guaranteeing our customers quality and transparency. All promotions in the OUTLET section (online only) are truly unrepeatable opportunities. These are not outdated or unattractive products, but genuine unique pieces. Items discounted from 30 to 70%, which you won’t want to miss.
Promotions and offers may be valid for both sales channels, but some may be limited to online purchases only. We always recommend checking the sales conditions by contacting us via CHAT or via WHATSAPP. Our staff is at your disposal for any details.
Engravings
Rings, bracelets with plates, pendants with flat surfaces, and watches with polished cases can be personalized with engravings of names, dates, special phrases, or personal symbols. We use only selected metals and precious stones to ensure the durability and beauty of the engraving.
The standard engraving costs 15 € and fits perfectly on the chosen support. The customized one has a starting cost of 50 € and is designed together with the client following their specific instructions.
In the case of standard engraving, the times range from 2 to 4 days. Depending on the type of engraving and the material on which it is made, a custom engraving requires a maximum of 10 working days. At the time of defining the engraving and/or approving the custom design, delivery times may vary based on the specific individual processing.
Yes, Gori Gioielli takes care of your valuables. Bring them to the boutique, at the VIA TUSCOLANA location or at the VIA NEMORENSE location, and we will arrange the engraving you prefer.
